Cirrus Aircraft 70572-001 CAPS Shelf Ground Wire Kit (Service Bulletin SB2X-95-24)
Parts kit for Cirrus Service Bulletin SB2X-95-24, CAPS Rocket Shelf Ground Wire, which adds a ground wire to the CAPS rocket shelf of SR20, SR22 and SR22T aircraft with CAPS electric ignition. Cirrus classifies the bulletin as mandatory.
Kit contents, as listed in the service bulletin:
- Ground wire assembly, 70572-101 (1)
- Terminal ring, MS25036-103 (1)
- Tape, sheet, 20 in × 9 in, 70572-102 (1)
Effectivity per the bulletin: SR20 serials 1005 through 2368, SR22 serials 0002 through 4523 and SR22T serials 0001 through 1596, with prior CAPS service bulletin conditions on some serial ranges. Check the bulletin's effectivity section for your serial number.
