Cirrus Aircraft 70064-001 Seat Belt Buckle Plug Kit — SR20/SR22, SB2X-25-05
AmSafe issued two mandatory service bulletins for the seat restraint systems on these aircraft, calling for plugs to be installed in the buckle and adjustable connector assemblies. Cirrus released them to SR20 and SR22 owners through SB2X-25-05.
Cirrus classes SB2X-25-05 as mandatory, at the next annual inspection or within 100 flight hours, whichever occurs first.
What the kit does: Supplies the non-staining black plugs, packaged with the AmSafe bulletins that give the installation instructions.
Note: For SR20 serials 1005 thru 1424 and SR22 serials 0002 thru 1012. Aircraft already in compliance with SB2X-25-05 need take no further action. Refer to SB2X-25-05 to confirm applicability before ordering.
