Cirrus Aircraft 70116-101 BL0 Elevator Hinge Shim — 0.022 inch, SB2X-55-11
A replacement shim for the BL0 (centerline) elevator hinge — the 0.022 inch shim from kit 70116-001 under SB2X-55-11. On affected aircraft the installation holes on these shims may sit too close to the shim edge; Cirrus recommends replacing any shim whose hole centerline is less than 0.170 inch from the edge. Match the thickness to the shim removed.
Cirrus classes SB2X-55-11 as recommended, at the next annual inspection or within 100 flight hours, whichever occurs first.
Note: For SR20 serials 1423 thru 1485 and SR22 serials 0820 thru 1296. Refer to SB2X-55-11 to confirm applicability before ordering.
