Engine control cable, a fixed assembly. The Cirrus SR20 IPC lists 49095-001 as the push-pull cable assembly in the governor control cable installation (IPC 76-10-04), and the SR22 / SR22T IPC lists it as the cable in the throttle control cable installation (IPC 76-10-03). Which installation applies depends on aircraft model and serial number.
